In 1987 SEDA Group started its' activities in machinery equipment in Ankara. After a few years SEDA Group became one of the key players in Ankara for construction machinery. Our trustworthy and reliable approach led us to succeed rapidly.&nbsp;&nbsp;

1987

The great reputation of the SEDA group in the construction machinery trading business had brought new opportunities for the group. In 2006, SEDA established SEMIX, a new branch for manufacturing top-class Concrete Batching Plants and Truckmixers.&nbsp;

2006

SEMIX has rapidly extended its reach inside its local market and become a well-known concrete batching plants manufacturer.&nbsp;SEMIX has shown excellent performance in engineering technology thanks to the constant work of the R&amp;D department. Five years of persistent work of SEMIX resulted in patenting of three designs of concrete batching plants. Additionally, a customer-oriented approach in its business operation helped SEMIX to dominate its local market.&nbsp;

2011

Seven years of intensive work&nbsp; SEMIX&nbsp;came up on three continents. Such reach of&nbsp; business pushed SEMIX to move its operations to brand new factory in Ankara,&nbsp;counting 23,000 m² to even better fullfil needs of customer and top quality products.

2013

In 2018 SEMIX have successfully installed 800th concrete batching plant in the world. Became more reputable and reliable global brand year by year.&nbsp;"Never settle for anything less than your best." with this perspective SEMIX always gave a huge importance for R&amp;D and designing new products. Being customer-oriented and designing tailor-made engineering solutions spreaded SEMIX in to 4 continents.

2018

Company Background

In 2012 Semix moved its' production to a new factory in Ankara. It has a 23.000 m² total area. Our engineering facilities and production processes occurs in here.

In our factory, manufacturing is taking place with the latest technologies. Thanks to our quality controll team and pre-assembling hall, finished product is ready to serve without any problems.

We are proudly declaring that our grid blasting hall is one of the most unique facility in Turkey.

Warrantied High Performance

Welded silos are preferred in low capacities of storage, it can be assembled and operated in 2 hours with one crane. It is preferred in local solutions where transportation costs can be neglected. Semix is able to manufacture welded silos in a range between 50 to 150 tons.&nbsp;

Welded Silos

Bolted silos are preferred due to its' compactness for transportation. It can be transported with containers for avoiding freight costs. Because of its modularity, Semix is able to manufacture welded silos in a range between 100 to 2000 tons. Semix provides a mechanical supervisor for assembling the bolted silo correctly. Semix has succeeded to install bolted silos (which's capacities of more than 500 tons) in Peru, Israel, Germany, Dubai, and United Kingdom.
