In the winter, St. Petersburg, Russia is known to be cold, with temperatures reaching -25°F (-32°C). To overcome this, a powerful steam generator was provided for work in the factory during the winter. This generator not only heats inert material inside the factory but also supplies hot water to produce. Additionally, the use of sandwich panels has made the production of concrete possible even in harsh weather conditions. One such material is sandwich panels made from 80mm or 100mm thick steel and it it allows concrete production in any weather.
A cement silo is a large storage silo for cement, usually found near concrete batching plants. In order to keep the concrete production non-stop, our customer has demanded that we provide 4 pieces of 250 tons cement silo. The demand for cement is always high, with any shortages in supply leading to a delay in concrete production. That's why we have installed 4 bolted type cement silos to maintain a huge cement stock.
