The Pulkovo airport is one of the oldest airports in Europe. In recent years, the airport has been undergoing an extensive renovation to be brought up to modern standards, with a dramatic new terminal building erected upon completion. Astaldi and ICTAS companies have taken responsibility for the extension of Pulkovo Airport.

Der Flughafen Pulkovo ist einer der ältesten Flughäfen in Europa. In den letzten Jahren wurde der Flughafen einer umfassenden Renovierung unterzogen, um ihn auf den neuesten Stand der Technik zu bringen, und nach der Fertigstellung wurde ein beeindruckendes neues Terminalgebäude errichtet. Companiile Astaldi și ICTAS și-au asumat responsabilitatea pentru extinderea aeroportului Pulkovo.

En los últimos años, el aeropuerto ha sido objeto de una amplia renovación para adecuarlo a los estándares modernos, con la construcción de una nueva y espectacular terminal una vez terminada. When it was time to build the airport, the Italian company Astaldi made a decision to provide such a project with the help of 2 stationary Semix concrete plants, with a capacity of 160 m3/h each. This would ensure that all necessary and necessary volumes and deadlines were met and that everything could be completed on time.

Când a venit timpul să construiască aeroportul, compania italiană Astaldi a luat decizia de a furniza un astfel de proiect cu ajutorul a 2 centrale de beton Semix staționare, cu o capacitate de 160 m3.

Maintaining the aggregate at a certain degree is important for producing concrete with the proper consistency. Hence, our customer decided to choose SEMIX's winter package solution. With claddings made by the sandwich panel and an aggregate heating system with 2 sets of steam generators the stationary concrete batching plant was ready to work at the coldest climate conditions.

Agregayı belirli bir derecede tutmak, uygun kıvamda beton üretmek için önemlidir. Bu nedenle müşterimiz SEMIX'in kış paketi çözümünü seçmeye karar verdi. Sandviç panelden yapılan kaplamalar ve 2 set buhar jeneratörlü agrega ısıtma sistemi ile sabit beton santrali en soğuk iklim koşullarında çalışmaya hazır hale geldi.

Vzdrževanje agregata na določeni stopnji je pomembno za proizvodnjo betona z ustrezno konsistenco. Zato se je naša stranka odločila za rešitev SEMIX-ovega zimskega paketa. Z oblogami iz sendvičastih plošč in sistemom za ogrevanje agregata z dvema kompletoma parnih generatorjev je bila stacionarna betonarna pripravljena na delo v najhladnejših podnebnih razmerah.

Toplotno sledenje za agregat

Pro výrobu betonu se správnou konzistencí je důležité udržovat určitou míru kameniva. Proto se náš zákazník rozhodl pro řešení zimního balíčku společnosti SEMIX. Díky opláštění ze sendvičových panelů a systému ohřevu kameniva se 2 sadami parních generátorů byla stacionární betonárna připravena pracovat i v těch nejchladnějších klimatických podmínkách.

Die Aufrechterhaltung eines gewissen Grades an Zuschlagstoffen ist wichtig für die Herstellung von Beton mit der richtigen Konsistenz. Daher entschied sich unser Kunde für die Winterpaketlösung von SEMIX. Mit der Verkleidung aus Sandwichpaneelen und einem Heizsystem für die Aggregate mit zwei Dampferzeugern war die stationäre Betonmischanlage bereit, auch unter den kältesten Klimabedingungen zu arbeiten.

Il est important de maintenir les granulats à un certain degré pour produire un béton ayant la bonne consistance. C'est pourquoi notre client a décidé de choisir la solution d'ensemble d'hiver de SEMIX. Avec des revêtements faits par le panneau sandwich et un système de chauffage des agrégats avec 2 ensembles de générateurs de vapeur, la centrale à béton stationnaire était prête à travailler dans les conditions climatiques les plus froides.

Menținerea agregatului la un anumit grad este importantă pentru a produce beton cu o consistență adecvată. Prin urmare, clientul nostru a decis să aleagă soluția pachetului de iarnă de la SEMIX. Cu învelitori realizate din panouri sandwich și un sistem de încălzire a agregatelor cu 2 seturi de generatoare de abur, centrala staționară de betoane a fost pregătită să lucreze în cele mai reci condiții climatice.

Mantener el árido a un cierto grado es importante para producir hormigón con la consistencia adecuada. De ahí que nuestro cliente se decidiera por la solución de paquete de invierno de SEMIX. Con revestimientos de panel sándwich y un sistema de calefacción de los áridos con 2 juegos de generadores de vapor, la central de hormigón estacionaria estaba lista para trabajar en las condiciones climáticas más frías.

Aggregates have been stored on aggregate storage silos which has a linear (in-line) design. With this structure, wheel-loaders will be able to load the aggregate storage silos with a regular ramp. Our customer preferred 4 x 30 m3 aggregate storage silos for each batching plant. Also with the presence of 8 pieces cement silo, 800 tons of cement storage capacity helped to maintain a great material storage.

Agregalar, lineer (sıralı) bir tasarıma sahip agrega depolama silolarında depolanmıştır. Bu yapı sayesinde tekerlekli yükleyiciler agrega depolama silolarını düzenli bir rampa ile yükleyebilecektir. Müşterimiz her bir harmanlama tesisi için 4 x 30 m3 agrega depolama silosu tercih etmiştir. Ayrıca 8 adet çimento silosunun varlığı ile 800 ton çimento depolama kapasitesi, büyük bir malzeme depolamasının sürdürülmesine yardımcı oldu.

Naša stranka je za vsako betonarno želela 4 silose za skladiščenje agregata s prostornino 30 m3 . Tudi s prisotnostjo 8 kosov silosov za cement je 800 ton zmogljivosti skladiščenja cementa pomagalo ohraniti odlično skladiščenje materiala.

Kamenivo bylo skladováno v silech na kamenivo, která mají lineární (řadovou) konstrukci. Díky této konstrukci budou moci kolové nakladače nakládat do skladovacích sil kameniva pomocí běžné rampy. Náš zákazník upřednostnil 4 sila na skladování kameniva o objemu 30 m3 pro každou dávkovací stanici. Rovněž přítomnost 8 kusů sil na cement, 800 tun skladovací kapacity cementu pomohla udržet skvělé skladování materiálu.

Unser Kunde bevorzugte 4 x 30 m3 Zuschlagstoffsilos für jede Dosieranlage. Auch das Vorhandensein von 8 Stück Zementsilos mit einer Lagerkapazität von 800 Tonnen Zement trug dazu bei, eine große Materiallagerung zu gewährleisten.

Les agrégats ont été stockés dans des silos de stockage d'agrégats de conception linéaire (en ligne). Avec cette structure, les chargeurs sur roues pourront charger les silos de stockage d'agrégats avec une rampe régulière. Notre client a préféré 4 silos de stockage d'agrégats de 30 m3 pour chaque centrale à béton. La présence d'un silo à ciment de 8 pièces, soit une capacité de stockage de 800 tonnes de ciment, a également permis de maintenir un excellent stockage des matériaux.

Cu această structură, încărcătoarele pe roți vor putea încărca silozurile de depozitare a agregatelor cu o rampă obișnuită. Clientul nostru a preferat 4 silozuri de depozitare a agregatelor de 30 m3 pentru fiecare instalație de dozare. De asemenea, cu prezența a 8 silozuri de ciment de 8 bucăți, 800 de tone de capacitate de stocare a cimentului a ajutat la menținerea unei mari capacități de stocare a materialelor.
